I think we all should have something to turn to when humans fail us or when we fail ourselves. More than others failing or disappointing me, I tend to break my own heart by imagining the worst.

“Focus on positives”
“Practice gratitude”
Oh I have been fucking preachy. But did I practice it on my own self? Your guess!
Though I have been noticing. It only takes a little distraction to come back to my senses. And I have found my favorite distractions in Web series, Writing, Cooking, Reading and Working out.
Friends…most of all. They work like magic. The TV show as well;)
And if nothing, just go party.
