The night I decide to sleep early and wake up at 7 for a morning walk, (though I should be avoiding that these days #hellosmog) I somehow end up staying up for the longest time (I was nursing the allergy and sneezing all night) and wake up at the usual 8. Koi na. I’ll squeeze in some activity somehow. It’s getting more important to be physically active with every passing day. I can actually feel my health deteriorating only because I don’t move as much as I should.
I have little to no control over the air I inhale all day. I have all the control over my body though..and I must take charge.
I need chai though, loads of masala chai to soothe my suffering throat. One cup a day..keeps my morning blues away. Someone rightly said, chai is a hug in a teacup. ♥️
